Turtle Rock Ridge. Winery 5-Course Winemaker Dinner Under the Stars w/Laurie Wagner & Chef Erin Sealy @ Turtle Rock Ridge Winery in Ramona

An evening featuring local wines under the stars in the Vineyard!   

Please join us for a wonderful night of wine, food and insights. Chef Erin Sealy will be creating a 5-course dinner to compliment 5 different wines from Turtle Rock Ridge Vineyard & Winery, including some new releases for the fall. One of these new releases will be Hello Dolly, a full zinfandel and Laurie's first full estate wine! The first course will be enjoyed on the expansive deck, where guests can mingle and enjoy the amazing views over the Ramona Valley, before sitting down for an evening in the vineyard, under the stars. Owners/Winemakers Laurie Wagner & Ian Vaux will share the winemaking experience and background of each wine then Chef Erin will discuss the paring concept. Please join us for an evening focused on small production Paso wines! 

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Shelter Island location, The Wine Pub, for an evening featuring wines from Paso Robles' Brady Vineyard! Winemaker and Owner Don Brady is well-known in Paso, he is also the long-time winemaker at Robert Hall. Brady Vineyard wines focus on single vineyard, small production wines which highlight the unique terroir. Since Brady Vineyard focuses on red wines, we've added in a Cass Viognier to start the dinner, but still keep with the Paso/Rhone thee of the night. Chef Erin will craft a 5 course menu, focused specifically around each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Jen and Erin. Join us for a very special evening with Spanish Import Director Nicole Andrus!

We're very excited to announce our next Pop Up Dinner at our UTC location, Apollonia Bistro with Chef Erin Sealy! This month we'll be featuring a 4-course tapas inspired dinner with slightly less wine, food, time commitment and cost, than our usual 5-6 course dinners. The reduction is the only change, you'll still have the same great pairing experience and wine conversation as with all of our events. For our next wine dinner, we'll be featuring four fantastic Spanish wines, perfect the holidays and your Thanksgiving table! We've got a great line up planned featuring a great cross-section of Spanish regions. To make this event even more exciting, we have a very special guest joining us to present the wines! Spanish Import Director, Nicole Andrus is in town from Barcelona for the week and we've managed to grab an evening with her, during her stay! Chef Erin Sealy will be preparing a 4-course Tapas themed menu, which will highlight the uniqueness of each wine and follow the Spanish theme for the night. Expect a great evening of paired courses, and fantastic wines!

Forgotten Barrel 5-Course Harvest Winemaker Dinner w/John Eppler & Chef Erin Sealy at Forgotten Barrel Winery in Escondido

We're very excited to announce our next winery dinner with Chef Erin Sealy at Escondido's own, Forgotten Barrel! We're planning a fantastic event featuring locally crafted wines and harvest inspired cuisine, creating the perfect fall evening. We'll be pouring six different wines from Forgotten Barrel, including a brand-new rendition of PapaDude and some other new releases! Forgotten Barrel Winemaker John Eppler and Owner Rodger Grove will be joining us for this special evening to discuss what it takes to renovate a historic winery, as well as specific discussion on each wine. The evening will start with a tray passed first course outside under the lights. The seated dinner will consist of 5-courses. Chef Erin is crafting a farm to table, harvest themed menu, incorporating pumpkin grown right at Forgotten Barrel! This will be a wonderful night of wine and food that you won't want to miss!
