Please join us for our next dinner at our North Park location! This 3-course dinner will focus on a wonderful selection of small production wines from pioneering Paso winery, Eberle. In addition to presenting the pairings, Chef Erin will be sharing the story of this trail-blazing, family-owned winery. Owner Gary Eberle is a true pioneer of the Paso Robles wine region. After co-founding a different Paso Robles winery in 1973, he started Eberle Winery released his first cabernet in 1979. At the time Paso Robles was a little-known viticultural area. Shortly thereafter, in 1983, he co-founded the Paso Robles Appellation. Gary was the first winemaker in the region to list the Paso Robles Appellation on his label, and the first to produce a 100% commercially produced Syrah. He continues to play…

Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).

Conclude your evening with a dessert wine! We're currently offering Hawk and Horse Late Harvest Cabernet Franc (93pts Enthusiast). Dessert wine is only available by the glass (3oz) and MUST be ordered no later than 2pm the day of the event. Your glass(es) will be served at the end of the dinner with dessert. Please allow yourself some extra time to enjoy your additional wine.
