We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series, including an evening at our Sabre Springs location, Nutmeg Cafe! For our August Winemaker Dinner Series we're thrilled to share a fantastic line up of wines from boutique, Paso Robles based winery, Cairjn. Back for a second year in a row, we have a fantastic line-up of ultra-small production, elegant wines planned. Featuring a completely different line-up from last year, this series will see some new blends and vintages. Owner/winemaker, Andy Neja will join us for each evening to share his wines and story. Cairjn is pronounced like “karn.” Derived from the word, "cairn" which means "a heap of stones piled up as a memorial or as a landmark." Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 3pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
