Please join us for our next event of the 2025 dinner season at North County Wine Company in San Marcos. For our April event, we are excited to share selections from Washington's Baer Winery. Winemaker Lance Baer founded Baer Winery in 2000 with a single passion—to bring something unique to Woodinville, Washington. After years of working with some of the most prestigious wineries in the area, Lance wanted to take his winemaking skills in his own direction. In April 2003 the first vintage of the winery’s signature blend, Ursa, was released. Now under the stewardships of Lisa Baer, the winery has continued to grow and expand with different varietals and blends.
