Please join us for the next installment of 3-course wine pairings! We'll feature fantastic selections from a great variety of wineries, however the star of this show is BACON! Chef Erin will pair each selection with its own seasonal, bacon-themed dinner course.

Please join us for our next dinner at our North Park location! For our August 3-course dinner offering, we're very excited to announce the long-awaited return of an OG (Proprietor's Reserve days) crowd-favorite, Bacon-Palooza!! This bacon-inspired menu is possibly more fun that you are prepared to have! Not featured since 2018 (hey, there have been a lot of changes in the years between then and now!), it was a true ah-ha moment when we realized just how overdue this event is! The wines will not disappoint, either. We have a fantastic line up planned, including selections from Napa, Paso and Santa Barbara. As a special treat, there's even an optional, bacon-infused dessert you can add, when you register. Don't miss this night of nostalgia as we walk (waddle!) down memory-lane with this annual event of days…

Add On: Bottle of Bubbles
Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 2pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).

Conclude your evening with a dessert wine! We're currently offering Hawk and Horse Late Harvest Cabernet Franc (93pts Enthusiast). Dessert wine is only available by the glass (3oz) and MUST be ordered no later than 2pm the day of the event. Your glass(es) will be served at the end of the dinner with dessert. Please allow yourself some extra time to enjoy your additional wine.
