We are excited to announce a unique, special event! Chef Erin will be teaming up with home owner, Karen Helf and Sand and Sea Realty Agent, Anna Marie Barnard to showcase Karen's Ocean Beach home, currently on the market. This event will serve as an open house for anyone thinking they might want to see what Ocean Beach has to offer, or anyone thinking now is the time for that dream beach house. One of the many exciting things about this area is the complimentary fireworks, courtesy of SeaWorld! The fireworks will start at approximately 8:30pm and can be viewed from the home. Karen and Anna Marie will be onsite to answer any questions regarding the space, area and details regarding the sale of the home. Chef Erin will be providing bites along with paired wines.
