We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner series, featuring three evenings with wines from HALL, WALT and BACA! This series will include an evening at our newest location in Oceanside Harbor, Stratford Court at the Harbor! For our second March series, we are thrilled to announce the return of HALL, WALT and BACA wines! This family of wines from founders, Kathryn Walt-Hall and Craig Hall focuses on offering some of the finest wines from highly sought after vineyards. While HALL focuses on Napa varietals and appellations, WALT and BACA are varietal specific, with a focus on Pinot Noir (WALT) and Zinfandel (BACA) from a variety of stellar vineyards. Erin Hamada-Bigelow will be joining us from the winery to pour wine and share the HALL/WALT/BACA family story. You won't want to miss this fantastic evening of wine, food and conversation! Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. 2022 WALT "Blue Jay" Anderson Valley Pinot Noir
Herbs de Provence Crepe Filled with Sauteed Minced Pork Loin, Dried Bing Cherry, Wild Mushroom and Caramelized Red Onion Topped with Gruyere Mornay Sauce and Micro Greens. Served with Cream Cheese and Chive Mashed Red Skins.

Though we cannot guarantee special requests for menu changes, please contact us (email/phone above) if you have any food allergies or special considerations and we'll do our best to accommodate! Please understand that this is pop-up experience, it is not a restaurant. A temporary kitchen is built to accommodate the dinner and resources are very limited. Minor changes can usually be accommodated. Diary Free and Vegan requests cannot be met, though reduced dairy and vegetarian typically can be met. Menu changes should be requested at least 48 hours prior to an event. Please DO NOT buy tickets with the assumption that any special request will be met, please check with us first. Please note that if you purchase tickets before inquiring about your modification, and it cannot be accommodated, the below cancellation policy still applies.
There is a 48-hour full-refund policy. We apologize that cancellations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded.
Lastly, please note that your total cost for the dinner includes two processing fees that are collected by third parties and do not transfer to Wine Pairs Events. Instead of passing on these additional fees to customers, we have decided to absorb them. This however means that when a customer cancels a reservation, at any point, 6% of the ticket total is non-refundable, as these processors do not issue refunds for any reason.
About This Venue:
Stratford At The Harbor is located in the harbor area of Oceanside, immediately off the freeway at Harbor Drive. The venue provides both indoor and outdoor space. The entire space sits along the harbor on the dock, overlooking the boats and water. The patio has an abundance of heaters, in the event of cooler evenings, as well as a full coverage motorized shade which covers the entire patio. Should weather require, all events can be moved indoors, with minimal impact to the view. Strung bistro lights create a beautiful outdoor environment and the setting sun provides exceptional ambiance. This venue seats about 30 people in standard table height seating. All chairs have backs. Group seating of up to 8 people is easily accommodated. Seating is assigned at all events, if anyone in your group has made a separate reservation and youh would like to sit together, please ensure you provided this information during registration (chef@winepairsevents.com). There is a very large, free parking lot near this venue, for the harbor and the attached restaurants/store fronts. Ride share services or taxis are always recommended. If you arrive early, there will be a by the glass wine list available to purchase from.

Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).

Conclude your evening with a dessert wine! We're currently offering Hawk and Horse Late Harvest Cabernet Franc (93pts Enthusiast). Please allow yourself some extra time to enjoy your additional wine.
