For our November dinner at our Orange County location, we're very excited to announce our first dinner featuring Cava Maciel Winery from Guadalupe Valley in Baja California! We've selected a fantastic lineup of wines that will showcase 5 different varietals, which thrive in Guadalupe Valley. Winemaker and Owner, Jorge Maciel will join us for the evening to chat about his wines and the unique viticultural area of the Valle. After falling in love with wine while in Italy, Jorge followed his passion to create something similar in his home state of Baja California. Though Baja is considered a "new-world" wine region, Jorge's love of Italian wine is reflected in his old-world style wines. Champagne is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered at the time of purchasing tickets. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
