For our January dinner at our South Orange County location, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of Italian wines from the Pasqua Family! Alex Kanakaris will be joining us from Pasqua for the evening to share and discuss each wine selection and the rich history of the winery and grape-growing regions. This will be a great opportunity to try out 5 different Italian wines, all of which are deliciously approachable, yet great examples of classic Italian styles. To showcase these wines, Chef Erin has created an elevated paring menu with an Italian flair. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation from both Alex and Chef Erin!
