We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our Pacific Beach location, Drift Cafe! We're we're thrilled to share a fantastic line up of wines from boutique, Paso Robles Winery, Stiekema. We have a fantastic line-up of micro-production wines planned. Chef Erin will be presenting the evenings wine and food pairings, while sharing the Stiekema story. Mike Stiekema (stick-em-ah) is the one-man-army of Stiekema Wine Company. He fell into the wine industry over 13 years ago. After completing studies in Viticulture & Enology, he landed in Paso Robles in 2018, hungry for high caliber winemaking. Mike strives to produce wines that reflect life’s balance, using sustainable and regenerative practices in the vineyard and winery, fostering a community of growers, makers, and enthusiasts who all share this value. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
