We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series, including an evening at our Sabre Springs location, Nutmeg Cafe! For our 2nd May Winemaker Dinner Series we're thrilled to share a fantastic line up of wines from boutique, Paso Robles Winery, Copia. We are thrilled to welcome owners/winemakers Anita and Varinder Sahi for three evenings of winemaker dinners. The story of Copia Vineyards begins with the passion of Anita and Varinder Sahi, their shared love of wine and the beauty of its source. Their shared interests, entrepreneurship and life’s ever-winding path sparked a trip to Paso Robles Wine Country in 2015. Essentially, they never left. In 2017, the Sahis’ search to find a special site to produce world-class Rhône and Bordeaux varietals was successful. Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
