We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our Sabre Springs location, Nutmeg Cafe! For our December offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines focused around holiday and winter flavors. Chef Erin will present an eclectic variety of selections from different regions, including Paso Robles and Santa Barbara and Sonoma. Our line up includes 2 brand new, not poured before, wines from crowd-favorite, Idle Cellars. The common theme for these wines is that they are all perfect for the holidays and the cooler days ahead! Each wine will be paired with its own harvest themed dinner course. You won’t want to miss this latest seasonal menu, which only occurs 1-2 times each year. Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).

Conclude your evening with a dessert wine! We're currently offering Hawk and Horse Late Harvest Cabernet Franc (93pts Enthusiast). Dessert wine is only available by the glass (3oz) and MUST be ordered no later than 2pm the day of the event. Your glass(es) will be served at the end of the dinner with dessert. Please allow yourself some extra time to enjoy your additional wine.
