We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series, including an evening at our Sabre Springs location, Nutmeg Cafe! For our February offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines from boutique Walla Walla winery, Time & Direction. Winemaker and Owner, Steve Wells will join us for each night of the series. Hailing from the restaurant scene in New York City, Steve chose Walla Walla to learn how to make wine in 2011. He has worked for Gramercy Cellars and M&L Production and earned his degree in Enology & Viticulture from the Walla Walla Community College before starting Time & Direction in 2016. He brings a restaurant background into winemaking by focusing on food friendly wines. Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
