We are very excited to announce our next dinner series, which conveniently coincides with the week of Valentine's Day! For our first of two series this month, we're thrilled to share a fantastic line up of 5 small production wines from pioneering Paso winery, Eberle. Cellar Master, Jose Solorio will be joining us for three evenings, including an evening at our San Juan Capistrano location. Jose will be sharing the story of this family-owned winery and the intricate work it takes to create award-winning wines. Owner Gary Eberle is a true pioneer of the Paso Robles wine region. After co-founding a different Paso Robles winery in 1973, he started Eberle Winery released his first cabernet in 1979. At the time Paso Robles was a little-known viticultural area. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).
