We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our San Juan Capistrano location, Perpketive Studio! For our April Winemaker Dinner Series we're thrilled to share a fantastic line up of wines from boutique, Santa Barbara based winery, Tercero. We have a fantastic line-up of small production wines planned, each which will be presented by owner/winemaker, Larry Schaffer. With a focus on Santa Barbara County vineyards, Larry seeks out lesser-known varietals and exceptional vineyards to craft beautiful wines. In addition to being a juggernaut winemaker, Larry also heads The Rhone Rangers, a group of exceptional winemakers focused on Rhone varietals throughout the Central Coast. Add On: Bottle of Sparkling
Arrive early and enjoy a 750ml bottle of chilled sparkling wine before the dinner starts. Please contact us regarding the current offering. Champagne/Sparkling is only available by the bottle (750ml) and MUST be ordered no later than 12pm the day of the event. Your bottle will be chilled prior to the dinner and will come with dedicated glasses (1 per seat in your reservation).

Conclude your evening with a dessert wine! We're currently offering Hawk and Horse Late Harvest Cabernet Franc (93pts Enthusiast). Dessert wine is only available by the glass (3oz) and MUST be ordered no later than 2pm the day of the event. Your glass(es) will be served at the end of the dinner with dessert. Please allow yourself some extra time to enjoy your additional wine.
