Please join us for our first event of the 2025 dinner season at North County Wine Company in San Marcos. For our April event, we are excited to share selections from Paso Robles' Cass Winery. As Cass celebrates their 20th year, we have selected a great variety of wines to showcase their growth and Paso prowess. In addition to some classic Rhone varietals, like Viognier, GSM and Syrah, we are also looking forward to sharing a classic style Cabernet. These wines, coming from a small-production, family/partner run winery will certainly over-deliver. Jim Kerns will be joining us from the distributor to discuss the Paso Robles wine region, winemaking, and the rich history at Cass. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation from both Jim and Chef Erin!
