Please join us for our second event of the 2026 dinner season at North County Wine Company in San Marcos. For our May event, we are excited to share selections from Monterey's Joyce Wine Co. Joyce Wine Co. focuses on organic practices in farming and practicing sustainability in all aspects of production. With a dedicated to producing wines of place, Joyce produces wines that are a reflection of the terroir and not the cellar. Believing that all additives, such as acidification, enzymes, cultured yeast and cultured bacteria should be avoided at all costs the goal is a pursuit of the greatest expression of terroir. Their ultimate goal is to create wines that are a transparent reflection of Monterey County. North County Wine Co. owner, Jim Tobin will be presenting the wines this time around.
