About the event

Don't miss our next Winemaker Dinner Series with Josh Beckett and Peach Canyon Wines!

We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series! We'll feature three evenings in a row, including an evening at our Shelter Island location, The Wine Pub! For our August series, we're thrilled to announce a fantastic line up of 5 wines from family owned and operated winery, Peachy Canyon. Just named 2023 Winery of the Year (Central Coast Wine Competition), this Paso Robles classic was founded by Doug and Nancy Beckett in 1988. Doug has recently retired and the winery is now operated by their two sons, Jake and Josh Beckett. We've had the pleasure of working with the Beckett brothers many times over the past 13 years, as they founded Chronic Cellars. We're very excited to work with them again, now at the helm of Peachy Canyon. Winemaker, Josh Beckett will join us each evening to showcase these wines, and share the Peachy Canyon story and family history. Chef Erin has created an elevated, seasonal pairing menu. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation!

*We are planning to hold this dinner outside. Should the weather not cooperate, we will move the dinner inside. A light sweater or jacket is recommended.

Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food and educational insights! Seating is limited. Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.
