We are very excited to announce our next dinner at our Shelter Island location, The Wine Pub! For our April offering we are excited to announce our first dinner with Rusack Vineyards! Rusack Vineyards is known as one of the pioneering wineries of Ballard Canyon. Ruscak Vineyards was established in 1995 by the husband and wife team of Geoff Rusack and Alison Wrigley Rusack. The forty-eight acre Ballard Canyon estate is planted with seventeen acres of grapes and is one of the few tasting rooms found in Ballard Canyon. Syrah, one of the varietals that initially drew the world’s attention to Ballard Canyon, makes up approximately half of the estate vines. We will also showcase a Sauvignon Blanc coming from the estate vineyards. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay will round out the wine menu for this dinner. Jen Gibson…
