Please join us for our next Wine Interactive! These monthly tasting events are usually held in our North Park location, but this month we're featuring the event at our partner venue, The Wine Pub. The Wine Interactive provides a fantastic way to sample and learn about 4 different wines, over the span of about an hour. Going back to her roots as a small wine bar wine expert, Chef Erin will walk guests through a comprehensive tasting experience of 4 wines, discussing the nuances of each selection as well as their respective viticultural areas and terroirs. This unique and dynamic environment will allow for some imparting of knowledge, but also just a chance for wine lovers to converse about the many facets of wine, food and the culture of both. For our February Wine Interactive, we’re excited to offer a different version of this class. We've pushed back the start time to make this the perfect ending to your night. We'll feature 4 different dessert wines, including a Sauternes, Port and two domestic selections, all featuring different varietals. This event is a great way to enjoy a post-dinner experience, or add on a cheeseboard and/or bottle of bubbles to make the event a bit more substantial way to enjoy your evening.

Though we cannot guarantee special requests for menu changes, please contact us (email/phone above) if you have any allergies or special considerations and we'll do our best to accommodate! Please understand that this is pop-up experience, it is not a restaurant. Menu changes should be requested at least 48 hours prior to an event. Please DO NOT buy tickets with the assumption that any special request will be met, please check with us first. Please note that if you purchase tickets before inquiring about your modification, and it cannot be accommodated, the below cancellation policy still applies.

There is a 48-hour full-refund policy. We apologize that cancellations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded.

Lastly, please note that your total cost for the event includes two processing fees that are collected by third parties and do not transfer to Wine Pairs Events. Instead of passing on these additional fees to customers, we have decided to absorb them. This however means that when a customer cancels a reservation, at any point, 6% of the ticket total is non-refundable, as these processors do not issue refunds for any reason.

About This Venue:

The Wine Pub is located on Shelter Island, near Point Loma. Seating is comprised of 2-4 top seating. Seating is a combination of standard height and bar height. All seats are cushioned and have backs. Group seating of up to 8 people is easily accommodated, with advanced notice. There is a dedicated parking lot, however it is small and parking in the area is limited. Ride share services or taxis are always recommended. Please be sure to note any special seating requirements during your registration. If you did not do so, please be sure to email us BEFORE the event, regarding your requests. If you arrive early, there will be a by the glass wine list available to purchase from.
